Nathalie recently returned from the Gordon Research Conference (GRC) on Inhibition, held in Newry, USA, where she was invited to serve as a discussion chair. The conference brought together leading voices in the field and offered a week of deep scientific exchange. Beyond the formal sessions, Nathalie especially enjoyed reconnecting with longtime colleagues and friends, and building new collaborations in an energising, informal setting.

Next on the horizon is the Society for Neuroscience (SfN) annual meeting this November in San Diego. Nathalie is excited to chair a symposium focused on parvalbumin interneurons in neurodevelopmental disorders, a topic central to her lab’s work. She will also present her latest research on autism, contributing to ongoing conversations that continue to shape the future of neuroscience.
